this sinularia is not to forgiving second day not opening wonder what is wrong i have metal halides 250se and have owned mother colonies before . 2 years ago they thrived in a 50gal center bow if i moved them to the larger tank they had issues . Now that i am buying corals again after having my tank blow out on me I am back to having the sinularia issues. All the acan’s(Acanthastrea lordhowensis)are thriving new corals added opened in a day without any problems. Currently i have some acropora, some blasto’s,fish and birdsnest . what should the temp be in the tank it almost looks like shrinkage due to cold water you know like when you jump in a cold lake of water certain softies shrink up. better check .
