I've got em as well, both cerith baby's and the turbo look a likes. Ceriths have a long cone/spiraled shell, and the baby turbos look like, well just as you said small turbos, ( mine are a white'ish pinkish color).
I had a post about the ceriths somewhere on here. They only come out at night though, and all of em run an hide when the lights come on.
But hey free clean up crews are always a plus.
And you can always look at the other plus side, your tank is healthy, stable, and "natural" enough to make these snails feel comfortable enough to breed in.
Though there is one snail, I cant remember the name, thats small and looks like a turbo, but will eat coral and is very hard to remove due to it being so small, so you may want to do some snail research just to be safe.
