According to Ret Talbot who was invited to attend Thursday night's West Hawaii Fisheries Council (WHFC) meeting on Big Island, the draft administrative rules package which contains the 40-species white list, as well as bag and slot limits for certain aquarium species, has been approved by the Attorney General's office.
