Default PH Neutral Water

I have a digital PH Meter that I think has gone out of calibration. I might have left it sitting in the window in the sun.

How can I make, or can I buy something that's PH neutral to re-calibrate it? Anything else special about re-calibrating. Everything I've read tells you how to make PH neutral water assuming you already have a functioning tester.

you can buy small packets of buffer solution that you need to dissolve in RO (better RO/DI) and use that solution to calibrate. Get the buffer that is close to range that you are measuring. You might be able to find these buffer solution in eBay.
