Is it to early for someone to get the "What are you bringing" thread started so i can start saving my pennies for some cool new stuff lol

I was thinking they may be waiting until after the MMMC swap so they don't compete. I also talked to Sir Patrick and he may be putting this on fragswapper.com instead of a "what are you bringing thread" - its MUCH easier and keeps track of all trades and purchases for you.

I think there will be a decision if going to be post here or fragswapper very soon. Kinda tough b/c Lansing swap right now. I personally think here might be better. It will show people what will be there, and hopefully bring some more people here so I can meet them lol.

Got word on fragswapper.com- lucid props, who is a sponcer of theirs, is going to handle posting up the swap info on fragswapper.com for the many people who arent on michigan reefs a chance to get in on the action of this swap.

There will also be info here- michiganreefers.com and captivereefs.com, and will be puting up an event post on reefcentral.com soon.

I agree- the oficial "what are you bringing" thread will be posted the day after the lansing swap, as to keep any confusion down respectfully.

So- who needs a table???

i wont have frags but im def going to meet more people and hopefully pick up a few frags. it'll be my first event!

I think you'll find fragswapper.com easier than listing stuff on here. The site keeps track of all trades and purchases, and then prints it out when you want it. The problem with keeping stuff on here is that you never know what's sold, unsold, unless you read all the posts (and when some of these get to be 10 pages that's tough), or if you should lose your list you have to go back and read it.

I think it'll be more trouble to do both, maybe a post saying the "what you're bringing thread" is on fragswapper.com? The All-Ohio Swaps (which are bigger than any swap I've been to in Michigan) only use fragswapper and they're very successful.
