Can anyone start it or does it have to be someone involved in the planning? I also know they were looking into fragswapper so maybe they're waiting to hear back from that. Its way easier to keep track of than a thread on here so I'm crossing my fingers  |

What happened? I saw something about the cost of the room being more than expected, but did this swap almost not happen? Looks like it's all resolved now though...?
