Please also remember that the tables supplied to "Early Bird Special" hobbyists are “normal folding tables” that will not support a large amount of weight. Tomorrow’s the big day.
Doors open at 12:00p for general admission, and the raffle is set to start at 2:30p.
We are expecting an excellent turnout. Just like any other swap the first half hour or so will be a madhouse with people rushing through the door anxious to get set up and start selling. So please be patient and courteous to your fellow hobbyists until everyone gets settled in.
We will have a good amount of open tables available to the general admission hobbyist.
To make things a little easier to locate swappers there will be a “Swap Map” located centrally at the event. Hobbyists are encouraged to utilize this map by filling your name/username in the slot corresponding your location that you have chosen to “set-up shop”.
Below is an example of what the map may look like.
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.
Visit LearClub.com for more info.
Thanks to everyone that came out today to support LEAR at the event, and we hope everyone had great time, and a safe trip home.
This was by far the best swap I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot). Thanks to everyone that put this together. If I were to put together a swap - I could only hope it would be as well organized as this one was. Great job!
