Default Anemone for FOWLR

I've got a 200g FOWLR with a 4-bulb T5 and about 4000gph of powerheads. I have a pair of awesome Mocha Clowns and I want to get them an anemone. I'm looking for something hearty they would like. I've heard/read conflicting things about Sebae and Rose Bubble Tip. I've heard they would be fine and I've heard they're challenging to keep alive. Carpets sound like a lot of trouble too.

Also I have a Porcupine Puffer. I swear I've heard something about them eating anemones. ...but I could be smoking crack.

The advise I can give is this: If you are anemone the most commonly accepted by all clowns is the Ritteri Anemone. However it love high light (LED or MH) and strong intermet current. Next best is the Giant Carpet or Saddle Carpert. If you do not want to deal with the problems that comes with having anemones (feeding, moving, out-put, aggression, etc) then i would suggest you get a Leather Coral. My true percula's have hosted in mines for years. My tomato's first hosted in it. Then they were sold. Now Nemo found their home!!
