You could try getting some skunk cleaner shrimp. They do a pretty good job and the fish will generally go right up to them if they've got some kind of issue. And the shrimp are really cool to watch.

I have two Blood red fire shrim in the tank. Would that be ok to add the Skunk cleaner shrimp? By the way, sorry for not replying sooner than today, I was kind of bussy with the family.

Yes, they will be fine together. You have probably noticed that the blood shrimp do not clean the fish... at least mine never did. It mostly just lurks in the rocks and comes out to be fed. The skunk cleaners are out pretty much all the time and will readily jump onto a fish to clean it.
