An Absolutely Truly Incredibly Jaw Dropping Level of Stunning!!! Very nice score. When I started reefkeeping, I remember Kee's having the normal ones in one of their small look down tanks. Even those were mesmerizing, but the blue and yellow... Wow! If it wasn't for the poison, I would definitely keep one.

Warmest Regards,
James

Nice score Slap. Now that you can put a check mark next to that, what's next on the hit list?

That's a bummer. You waited 2 years to get this and it might only live a couple years, looks like you should start the search for another one lol.

So since you have a tank with a bunch of other fish and corals, arent you worried about when it does die that it will kill everything else in your tank?

Well you might be right. But I have had a regular one for several years now. No I'm not worried. First of all, it's a bit of a urban myth about them wiping out tanks. While it can happen the only time it has ever happen (that i can find)was when a guy got one stuck in a power head. My tank is designed to prevent that. Second, they only kill fish, not corals and I have a limited fish collection.

Here is a picture I took last night. Happy as can be and feeding well!

Very cool critter! I love inverts, if I ever move to a bigger tank an apple is on my list.
