Default Flamingo Tongue for sale?

I was under the impression that they were Endangered. I'm a little disappointed in DD for selling it. Am I wrong about them being endangered??

I didn't think they were endangered, I was under the impression they were plentiful in the Carribean. I believe they only eat the polyps on gorgonians, so it's hard for me to imagine why somone would want one unless they were unaware of it's needs
