Don't mess with the Sailfin!

I have a lot of tangs in my 240 and for the most part everybody gets along. Last night a fist sized rock full of blue zoas fell and I decided to put it in front of the big (at least 6x6") Sailfin's cave. There was still room for him to go in.

I come back down to see how it looks there and the sailfin is out in front with a gash on his side and he looks pissed. He's attacking every fish in there, chasing them around like he's a killer. I roll up my sleeve and take the rock out of the cave's entrance. He goes into it right away, shows me his tail and flips me the fin. What a Bad@$$.

He might have been in his cave, came out & slashed his eye on the rock, not aware of it being there at the time?

Keep us posted.

Sailfins don't take much crap. Currenly my sailfin and orange shoulder are trying to work out who is going to be boss of the tank. The OS is more apt to create an issue, but the sailfin seems to end the argument more often than not.
