Sasharotty, I did not mean to hijack your thread! Sorry about that, I was just trying to understand the rules :D

I do hope you find a resolution to your situation. Like others have said, with the receipt, if you need to take them to small claims court, you would at least have some documentation.

Best of luck in getting your money back.

Don, no problem at all.Like i said i definatly didnt want anything to come to this.In this horrible economy every dollar helps, if it was a few years back i probably wouldnt even have said anything and just went about my buisness and took it as a loss. But with work cutting back hours and pay diminishing it really hurts. And Dent im giving him every opportunity to do so, and by looking at the profile he/she was logged in again today.I just want this canopy done so i can have a reef that looks half as good as your tanks.:)

That's a great idea ereefer! Then send him a link to this thread in a PM. That way they can't claim ignorance... I would PM and email the link if possible... Maybe even call and leave a message, and be REALLY nice :D

Ok well still no responses, im going to give it until friday. Im taking this as a loss, because if he was going to come clean it would have been done by now.Especially the 2 weeks prior of pms and phone calls.

I believe Ereefer was referring to flaming or bashing remarks regarding the person who may be at fault in any situation. You can name whomever you want for whatever reasons, it serves the purpose of getting the problem into the open forums allowing them to either:

tell their side of the story, and then:
a-defend themselves against false accusations.
b-resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction.

Most of the time, as long as the post stays civil, persons are free to be named to the benefit of ALL other members in order to avoid possible conflicts in the future. Sooner or later a reputation for trouble WILL follow people that are out to take advantage of fellow reefers here. I think most people here are more than willing to help out their fellow reefers, and it stinks that there are a few undisireables here who have to sour other's experiences here. Hopefully this matter gets resolved soon, one way or another.
