I found these under some rocks and under the foot of my rock anemones. I think they bother the rock anemones as when I removed them they seem to expand a bit more than usual. I am worried as these are in my growing containers of baby rock nems. Are these good or bad and how do I get rid of them?

Tank been running for two month now, everything seem to be good. Me and the wife went to Reef Solutions on Van **** to check around and guest what she(wife found ) a blue saltwater lobster. Yup she wanted to buy it. The guy at Reef Solutions was very nice and very helpful. Here what I got.
