Hey Reefers, I am looking for salt water algae and plants, what I am looking for are things like, Red Gracillaria, Halimeda, Maidens Hair, Shaving Hair Brush, Red Mangrove and Saltwater Fern. I don't need a whole lot, just enough to get started. I would prefer not to drive all over the world...

Not sure how much Chaeto I'll be getting from a fellow reefer soon, but I don't think it will be enough... and the maiden hair looks like an interesting addition to my sump...

Has anyone ever maintained any maidens hair, I thinking of adding it to my reef but have a tang and was told by the lfs that the tang will eat it...but i thought it was toxic to fish....anyone have an opinion on the stuff.

Yes I can bleach corals with the best of em! The question I have is, I trimmed back some maidens hair and it was covering the base of a Stag horn (at least that is what I think it is, be kind if I am wrong) and bleached the bottom half, can that come back or is it permanently damaged? Here is...

I have yet to see plants that one could put in his reef tank like natural see weed or something what can one plant in his reef tank to make it more alive like fresh water has tons of options what do salt water tanks have that is nice .... :o
