What do you think?

I am contemplating adding a new sebae anemone to my tank. My tank is only 29 gallons. I currently have one bta which I have had roughly a year and a half. I will be adding MH lighting to it in a week or so. Then I would like to get a sebae.

To much for a 29?

i wouldent do it. your tank is to small for more than one species of anemonie. if they happen to get near each other it will be like a small chemical war goin on in your tank. clones are fine but 2 diff species wil fight for dominance just like a fish would and your other inhabitants will suffer for it.

it is if your inhabitants consist of clowns only but i like a variety of fish and a single species tank is not for me. they will fight just like corals will if they get to close and you cant watch the tank while your at work so its not worth the risk to me. im going to try it once i move and upgrade to the 10' long tank. i think one at each end of a tank that big will be fine. i might try it my 6' long 125 as my LTA dosent move around. i would suggest if your going to try it get at least a 55 gal so thers more room for them to move and not come in contact with eachother. also try to get more species that dont move much. such as the BTA's and LTA's. carpets move a lot and will eat fish and so will condy's. some condy's dont move alot so you should try to watch the anemonies you wish to purchase and see if there movers.

Well it is either anemone (which is likely a no) fish, or maybe none of the above. I am not sure I want to upset the balance in the tank, but it is always nice to consider.
