I just checked out their site and their rock looks very nice! The packages are a bit pricey, so I was wondering what experiences you guys might have had with them? Alos would a regular fluorexcent, or a 110w PC be enough light to keep the "creatures" alive that come on the rock?

Could I take my 29g down, replace the sand/rock with theirs and "throw" the fish back in?

No direct experience, but if you go to Reef Central, you'll find lots of input!!! 99% positive.

I think the packages are for starting a new tank. There is a process they have where they send you half the order and after it cycles, they send you the rest. I don't know what the process is for an established tank.
