I feel like such a dork, i just feel that it may be more appropriate to get in touch with some people around my age. Hope that is understandable. It's just that in the future i would like to get together a frag swap or would like to go to one but how unusual would it be for someone in their 20s to show up to a married couples house that are the age of their parents? hehe. So anyhow, anyone in their 20s or around there??

Why does it matter? This hobby has no age restrictions. Thats part of growing up, you learn that people of all ages and backgrounds can get along quite nicely. Im not in my 20's anymore, but was about a year ago...

I was in my 20's for my first swap! it is really not a problem with the "older crowd" at all!

nbd13 is something like 17! he has been to my house before, no problem!

I am only 31 (not in a wheelchair yet sonny boy LOL) and I have never had a problem with younger people at all. Age is truly a number. Maturity is another thing! that said I would say no one here would care how old you were at a swap. We would all be more interested in how you got into this madness! What lights you have, ya know all the standard get to know a reefer questions LOL

Age is not a big deal. Went to my first swap last year. Everyone was very nice...age not a factor.

I will be 26 after the weekend. I went to the last swap and had a great time while I was there. I don't think it has anything to do with age as much as it does personalities, and everyone in the hobby definatley has at least one thing in COMMON. So everyone has something to chat about.

i guess that i just thought that some people may have a problem with a 20 year old showing up at a swap meet, i personally dont have a problem with anyones age but someone might have a problem with mine or might think that its unappropriate. I am glad to hear that age doesnt play a factor in this. thanks for your reply.
