I bought one of these co2 diffusers. Instructions to say to unscrew the lid with the ceramic disk and fill the unit with water. When I unscrew the lid the ceramic disk does not come up with the lid so I can not fill the unit. Anyone have any ideas or have had the same issues. I may have to send this back. Thanks
