If you have a breeding set up you can pull them out. Otherwise I would leave them there and it would be food for the tank.

Breeding is a whole another ball game and there is lots of literature online. If you feel like doing it then you can prepare for it next time they lay. Now that they have started to lay eggs it would happen every 15 days.

Just make sure you don't wind up with a few hundred clowns you can't sell or need to feed for a year before the stripes turn yellow. GSM are some of my favorite clowns but doesn't seem to be a big market for them.
Great point, Stephan. Having done it, that year goes by really slow and the little buggers want to fight and shred fins, relentlessly.
