I have got a sustaining population of brine shrimp in my refugium. Thousands actually. Does anyone know what they eat through their life cycle and will it be competing with my corals? Thanks.

If you got any fish in your tank you might want to make the brine food for them. I don't think they will compete with anything in your tank though.

When ever I get Brine, I feed them cyclopeeze. One way to make my fishy snacks better for them.

Phytoplankton is an enrichment/food often used for assorted little bugs. We use it to fortify the live brine we sell as well as to feed the population of pods, dusters etc in the live rock.

We use DT's, and liquid life.
