Well I got the planes from Garf and I am going to build my own stand tommorow (I hope LOL) since its so expensive for anything custom.

Thinking of doing Poplar this time. SO I think I will be making a trip to the lumber yard for the fascia board. Still going to do the 2/4 though for the framing.

canoping 2/2's I think will do the trick.

I think my next time around I will build the frame for the stand, then put every thing else up and then add thesides and doors after the tank is running right. It would be so much easier to work under the stand that way.

Mike I used 1x2. Also used 1/2" ply that was rabbited for stronger joints.-Bob

I will be using a circular saw. I may measure and have all teh pieces pre cut at the lumber yard. not sure.
