Canopy tips?

I think I may build me my new canopy this weekend. I have basically no tools but a circular saw, but I was hoping Home Depot would cut the wood to my measurements. Any tips out there from people who did build their own canopy?

Keep watching the Sears ads, I was looking at there tabletop router table, it is regularly $60, but it is constantly on sale for $30. That does not come with a router though, just the table.

I think that the reefer getting that canopy will be quite happy with it. Looks great.
I will give you a call today about stopping by to drop off the fans and see about the hinges.
