Ok in my endeavour to clear up my water qaulity I have read some stuff on Chemi clean and Pure. Has anyone had any experience using either?, and if so what is your take.

Well the product is made up of carbon and certain resins for ion exchange. I used it for awhile in my tank and since have switched to carbon. I really haven't seen much of a difference. The claim is that the chemipure is suppossed to be capable of lasting 6 months and also able to stabilize ph. Like I said I didn't notice much of a difference between that and carbon but I know a lot of people who swear by the chemipure. Like everything else in this hobby I'm sure people have varied experiences. I've never heard anything bad about the product, only people wondering if it is actually superior to carbon.
