This morning, I had my milwaukee regulator blast all the pressure out of my bottle through the emergency gate valve. Has anyone else ever had a problem with their system? Its connected to a 5lb CO2 bottle.... I just got it filled monday and its already empty.. something is very wrong.... How long do your bottles last? ... also any ideas on why it decided to dump the pressure?

Sounds like you got a bad regulator.

Did you teflon tape all the connections thouroughly?

Maybe your solenoid was not opening, sometimes they "stick", this would have caused a buildup, but I'm not sure if on your regulator the blowoff is before or after the solenoid. A 5lb bottle runs my reactor for close to a year.
