Possibly some kind of Xenia? I'm sure someone else will chime in here, and I'm a noob but it has a Xenia appearance from the pic anyway, maybe a Kenya tree?

looks like a hairy pavona, the edges are really rounded over right?

It does look like a Xenia, I had picked up some that were like that a while back and it was very similar

nothing like xenia---has a hard stony skeleton--very brittle

Its a pavona I have one, very fast grower, and doesn't require much lighting. Nice looking when you put a good deal of flow at it.
