Bump with some additional details...

Hanging kit has not been shortened...

All drivers and wiring are housed in a snazzy yellow aluminum box...

The red and black wires go to the powersupply, the grey is for a bluefish mini controller (controller not included), and the big black wire has all of the LED and fan wires for a clean run to the fixture.
