I have a colt that has been in my 12 gallon for about 2 years, alone with some shrooms, frog spawn, hammer, black long spine and a clown. About 2 weeks ago the clown died for some unknown reason,now my clot is starting to fade off. The clown used the colt as a host, is there any chance the colt is fading because the clown is not hosting in it anymore??? Kind of a long shot but though I would ask

Oh also all readings are normal, nothing has changed in the tank or been added in about a year.

Probably after the clown died there was a descently large amonina spike, because a 12g isnt a very big tank. So the colt is probably stressed out. Thats my only guess.
