their pretty much like star polyps (at least the species i have dealt with) you can eith peel them up and cut them or just break the rock their on.

Theres a dude at my work who refuses to frag his xenia...I've shown him video from garfs website of them jsut snipping them with scissors. He still refuses...

haha, you can take the horse to the water but ya cant make him drink.
