I have a 20g long.... it is drilled at one end in the bottom of the tank. it was used to manage my water changes for over a decade. however, it developed a slight fracture at the point where it was drilled when I stupidly tried to move the pump. Repairable, or use as a terrarium, or storage, or..... whatever, it's free!
