Can someone help identify this guy that I found in my refugium? Should he stay or should he go now?

I couldn't open a larger image of it, so not really sure...maybe a spaghetti worm? You can look up a pic online to compare. If it is, it is a friend.

When in doubt, throw it out (for worms at least).

Thanks for the feedback. I think if he was in the main tank, I would follow the advise and get rid of him. Doesn't seem like he can cause to much trouble in the refugium so I think I will leave him there for the time being.

Looks like a peanut worm to me. Which are harmless.
