Thanks everyone for DMs and offers to come pick up these guys. Last night I thought the RO system was leaking, and I don't have the will to do an investigation and repair. Seems that it was just condensation on the lines.

I'm completely torn about shutting down this little 14 gal. I have an elderly Japanese friend who says that if my brain doesn't believe I'll get better, then my body won't. I should probably try to maintain this tank with the belief that I'll get better soon. Giving up the tank would perhaps be to also give up on getting better.

I'll write back if I give up on it.
