I think you have a genuine alage bloom going on. Would suggest cutting back on the lighting and trying to remove some phospates from the water. you may also want to add a uv sterlizer to get it under control. just some thoughts if you are interested. duh miss read the first part disregard this post.

Why are you running the lights 24/7, unless this is a 150g refugium. I would cut back lighting to 10-12 hours a day. The rotifers cleaned the water, then when the food source was gone, they died and then when they died, all that fed the algae again. If this is to be a display tank, you better get the nutrients under control before you put fish or corals in tank.
