i went today and got 3 bags, they still had alot left but was all frozen solid!

Yup, when I got mine a few weeks ago, the whole stack was frozen together. I had to climb on top of the stack, wedge myself between the back of the stack and the chain fence, and then stomp on the top bags to seperate them. I must have worked at it for a half an hour but I got them home!
