I have some of these. Does anyone know if they can be used on T5 bulbs.

The will, but are very hard on the bulbs. You should add fans for the bulbs, and even then the heat will shorten their life.

Yes I run 6 of these. Best ballast out, but like Jim said they over drive the 54 watt bulb to 80 watts and you get 6 months on the bulbs.
