I just bought this 54-Gallon Corner tank yesterday from Petsmart

It comes with included an LED fixture with white lights and 2 led blue night lights.

My first question is will this LED light setup be ok to start reefing?

A reef? No. Those lights are "see your fish" quality. Very low power.

Corner tanks can be fun - good luck with your build. Looking forward to what you do with it.
