i have been using kent for a long time for supplements. i am interested though if any one has tried both products and which one the preffered. or if you have any other suggestions of supplements. [-batman]

I use seachem supplements and just one kent product (Kent b-ionic). I seem to have great results. But I have never used all Kent products, so I have no comparison.

I used the kent liquid buffer and I didn't like it much. I use seachem reef adv calcium and reef builder for alk. So far I like it and have seen many people on this site that use and like it as well.

kent man my self. i have used it all but like the results i get with kent beter. p.s. i like the turbo calcium!

Haven't used too much Seachem stuff, but of the Seachem things I have tried, I like the equivalent Kent product better. I actually don't supplement much to my tank. I change 5% of my water twice weekly using IO salt, then I top-off all evap water with Kent Kalkwasser mixed 1 teaspoon to a gallon of RO/DI water. I used to dose Iodine on occasion, but I stopped doing that almostg 6 months ago and have noticed no adverse affects to my inhabitants. I find that the frequent water changes does much more to benefit my tank than supplements do... and it's costs less to boot.

As stated earlier... only the Kent Kalkwasser powder from here.
