I know you've probably heard it before, but I feel that Tropicorium has the best rock. Even though it is a little pricey, it's well worth it. It has lots of character and lots of holes to plug frags into. Also, it comes with TONS of life. When I bought mine I had a brittle star, tons of abalone snails, caulerpa, little mini-stars, lots of copepods, some coral polyps, etc. I think it's well worth it. Also, the more you buy, the cheaper it becomes per pound.

I think if you buy under 20 lbs it's 8.99/lb 20-49 pounds is 7.99 and 50 and up is 6.99, I believe... If you do go though, you may want to call ahead to see if they got any more live rock in, when I went 2 or 3 weeks ago, it was slim pickings. Jen said that their supplier was on vacation or something like that.

I think I'll take a trip to Tropicorium today and give it a look. If I like it maybe I'll buy next weekend.

Fish Doctors in Canton is seeling LR for $5.00/lb. Not the selection of tropicorium, but you can hand pick the pieces you like. I got some there a few weeks ago and have been happy with it.
