You can get a bait battery aerator and stir tank every now and then for movement worked for me once had no power for like 4 days just if ya ain't got no options
As mentioned earlier battery operated air pump and then hand aeration should help you. find a way to maintain the temp. cover with blankets etc.
As long as you keep the temp up they'll be ok...cover with blankets or get a propane heater for the room. I lost power for 5 days a few years back and stirred the tank by hand 2 or 3 times a day and only lost one one fish and one frag....this was on an sps tank.
Also it takes a very low amount of wattage to run the bare minimums of heat and flow. Our fusion 40 will operate a heater and circulation pump with only 195 watts (45 flow pump & 150 heater) total.

You can run most heaters with the AC outlet of your car if it has one.

Power just came back on Downriver at 3:45 p.m.. Hopefully for all.
I can loan you a indoor propane heater if you need one. Think I have a battery powered air pump also if you need to loan one of those also. Im in rockwood if you cant find one at walmart.
