Yeah I have been wondering which one I actually have. It looks like both, but it doesn't spread nearly as much as I hear GHA does.... I've always thought it was GHA but who knows :wacko:

Maidens hair is actually really cool. It has a thicker "leaf" then GHA. Also, GHA has natural poisons in it that taste bad to fish, so nothing eats it. It is invasive, but i"ve heard it's slow growing so can easily be maintained.

I myself had a small patch of it, but lost it. And since then, i haven't been able to get anymore.

I had a really nice rock of it. It is pod heaven! It is a very slow grower, and mine never outgrew the rock it came on. Its fairly expensive when you can find it ($30-$40), but its a really nice way to suck excess nutrients out of your tank
