i set up 3 mangroves in the sump on my 72gl. does anyone know how long it takes or if they will produce seeds for i know that this number isnt really enough?

i'd like to try to come by the rest of them by nursing those seeds if indeed the plants produce any. thanks in advance for good advice.

Mangrove shoots are the seeds of mangroves. Only very large plants produce these pods. You will probably have to buy more pods to get what you want. However, 3 mangroves will grow quickly under proper lighting, and become large. So, you may be alright with 3.
