I know bristle worms CAn be good, but when do they cross that line from a good thing to a bad thing? I was searching for a runaway zoo frag and wound up pulling out a tan bristle worm with little legs all along each side of his body. He's about 8" long, maybe a foot when he's stretched out. Should he get a ride on the toilet express? [-bigeyes2]

Hey! Worms are cool. As long as it is not eating any corals it is probably just a detrivore. I say leave that big bad boy alone. You might be able to see what he is up to if you look in the tank with a flashlight a couple hours after the lights have gone off.

Depends on the size of your tank and depth of the dsb. A larger worm can help in large tanks with deep dsbs. But I would probably get rid of it just in case. Those things multiply like crazy and you surely have plenty.
