Yea we do the worms all the time, our daughter flips our garden rocks and catches them. We recently put sand instead of gravel into the tank and they are loving it. They are in a 29gal and we filter it with a magnum 350 canister. I turned the return into a waterfall in the tank and needless to say the water quality has been great. Here's the tank. Musk turtles make are recognized as great display animals in aquariums. These turtles cruise along the underwater scenery and they hang onto ledges and branches like miniature mountain climbers. But they need bask for making sure their tank's decorations break the surface of the water.
