we started this a year ago, i didn't know of this site at the time so i figured id start a thread now so ill have something to update from time to time.

heres some pics from the beginning...

we got damsels from hell and later some clowns

about 4 months in, we got a tang, coral beauty and a mandarin, we supplemented with copepods.

this got nipped at by the damsels to death in months to come.

went MIA after 4 months, maybe a jumper

still here, but never did very good.

you may have noticed the extreme green hair algae in the last pic. well a sea hare is to the war on algae as the atom bomb is to WWII.

my retaliation to my failure of SPS. still don't plan on seeing it in my tank for a long long time.

and i knew i was coming home with these.

Very nice! I started my tank with damsels, and the last one just died late last year. It was almost 5 years old!

heres some pics from yesterday of some of the fish. ill update more tomorrow.

i bought this guy using the money i got returning the damsels. he's a lot fatter now.

after a few months on clown got sick and died. he's the survivor

Becareful dont over feed it. They can eat to much and the food will rot inside and cause it to die. Once every week or two is good it will catch some food on its own in between feedings plus its photosynthetic.
It all looks good!

here's a little update. this was just after a feeding so you may see some stuff still suspended in the water plus some of the corals are closed either due to feeding or them just being stupid for the time being. not pictured include my yellow tang, foxface, coral beauty, and some chromis'.
