yes i need to see one. however in my 125 i have only 2 pumps the mag7 for a retun split in two returns at opposite ends and a 1000 gph pump in the tank and my flow is quite dramatic in there. i did a little reconfiguring of my elbows and such and now i had to lower the water level in the tank as when the waves colide in the middle it was jumping out of the tank.

I had one 6060 in my little 18" deep, 5' long 100g tank with a 4" sand bed. It was too much due to tank size. In your 180 I think you'll be happy with a pair of them though...

I am going to direct them at the surge to create a rolling wave effect. I can't wait to get the tank up and running. This time I think I have thought of almost everything!

They are bigger than I expected. Seems that the intake is from the sides of the pump (screened portion of cover) the impeller is exposed. I am going to try one out today on my 120 just to see how it works.

I always say rather to much... Then if it is you can easily subtract the excess. I am only going to use three though.

I hooked it up and other than the mounting brackets ( could be a beeter design) I am hooked. This thing blow my mag 18 closed loop away. The flow is nice and wide and sems to disperse just like Tunze shows in the advertisement. To qoute one of my favorite movies (Ferris Bueler Day Off) " if you have the means, I highly suggest picking one up"
