My new tank has dual overflows, if I wanted them to run into the skimmer and fuge seperately, would I "T" both lines, or could I run ball valves to regulate flow and run 1 to the skimmer and the other to the fuge?

And for the "T" would I run an "open" "T" into the skimmer section and the other leg off of that "T" run the ball valve to the skimmer, I would figure this wouldnt slow flow down to the main part of the sump?

I only have one overflow but if I had two I would use one to go to sump/refugium and turn the other one into a closed loop

personally, I think I would do the same as magnum.......

assuming that your skimmer is in your sump/refugium you should be able to tee off the overflow from one if you want without danger of flooding something.............. that is assuming that one of your overflows would still be capable of handling the volume of water flow that your pump produces.....
