Is the 48" still forsale? I'm guessing it's glass and not acrylic? Could this tank be used as a freshwater tank or does it look so weird that it would be good for sump only?

It is glass and it is a not wierd looking at all. It is a regular tank with black trim. For fresh water, you could take out the plex overflow and plug the bulkhead. I don't think it has any major scratches, but I will look next time I go out to the garage.
