I've been looking at the cleanup crews that they suggest. They are are saying that for my 200 gallon tank i should have 200 snails and 100 hermits...holy crap...should I really have that many of them?

Tye - An urchin will eat most the hair algae off your rocks. Some people like them, some people don't. I would recommend the royal urchin if you are going to get one. For one they look nice and the other reason is that they don't have those sharp tentacles.

i've heard a few people say no crabs, but every site reccomends them, even the famous garf.

I've always had Hermits and never had a problem.

I have 8 or so blue legs and I wish they would all die!
All they do is fight and steal food.
I have 2 red legs that are as calm as can be. Never had a problem with them.
