I know it is a bit of a drive but, Twins Tropical Fish on Eureka Road off I-75 had a nice once about 6-8 inches when I was in there a few days ago. It was an orange Tree or Finger Sponge, not sure exactly what they are called. I believe it was $40, maybe $50.

Not sure you would want to make the drive but
they have a orange tree sponge at somthin fishy in Clio it was i believe 25.00 and i would say its about the size your looking for. THey had a fan sponge that we bought and love it
