Reef breeders light issue

Came hone tonight to find my purple/blue lights super dim. Whites are fine. Any ideas? Please and thank you :)

How old is it, the drivers are probably going...

A couple of years old I believe. I noticed some of the fans aren't working either.

I turned it on yesterday and they flashed bright for a second then back to super dim.
